How to chat with the seller?

After you have paid for a rental, navigate to the rented/bought section under your user profile. There is a chat option under each item you have rented/bought. You can use that chat option to chat with the Lister. The lister will get an email notification when you initiate a chat. When the Lister responds you will also be notified via email.

How to rent a product?

From the main screen, search for the item you would like to rent. From the search results you can select the item you like and add it to the cart. Then you would specify the duration of your rental and the pickup date. Once this has been done you will pay for your rental through a valid credit card.

How to pay for a rental?

You can pay for a rental using a valid credit card.

When do I get my security deposit back?

The security deposit is managed between the Lister and the Renter. Once you have returned the item to the Lister, the Lister would refund your security deposit minus any incidentals.

How does buyout work?

If a product is listed with the buyout option, users can buy that product for its full buyout price. If they have rented that product before, the rent they have previously paid will be applied toward the buyout price. For example: If the buyout price on a product is $1000 and a user has rented it for $100 previously, the $100 spent on rental would be applied to the buyout price bringing it down to $900.
